Most people who come to me have tried everything. Massage. Yoga. Maybe chiropractic. They get temporary relief and wake up tight again. That's not a failure of effort — it's a mismatch of method.

Tightness is not a mechanical problem. It's a nervous system response. Your body learned to brace somewhere along the way, and it kept doing it long after the reason was gone. Stretching doesn't fix that. Pressure doesn't fix that. Asking the nervous system to feel safe enough to let go — that does.

I come to you. I set the table quietly. We talk briefly about what you're holding — physically, not emotionally, unless you want to go there. Soft clothes, your own space.

Downshift
Before any movement, we bring the nervous system down. A hand on the sternum. Breath lengthens. The system stops bracing. This is not optional — it's the whole foundation.

The Work
Assisted stretch. Fascia release. PNF. No digging, no pain, no dramatic pressure. You stay dressed the entire time. The session is quiet by design — that quiet is the work.

Integration
You sit up. You move. Something is different. We close with a note about what to notice — because the biggest shift usually comes the next morning, not in the last minute of the session.

After I Leave
The table goes. The room goes back to yours. Your system logs what it learned overnight. Most people notice it when they get out of bed — and the day starts without negotiating with their body first.
