Your body is not broken.
It is guarding.
Most people who come to me have tried everything. Massage. Yoga. Maybe chiropractic. They get temporary relief and wake up tight again. That's not a failure of effort — it's a mismatch of method.
Tightness is not a mechanical problem. It's a nervous system response. Your body learned to brace somewhere along the way, and it kept doing it long after the reason was gone. Stretching doesn't fix that. Pressure doesn't fix that. Asking the nervous system to feel safe enough to let go — that does.
That's what this work does. Not force. Not dig. Ask. When the system says yes, the fascia glides and the range holds — because nothing is fighting it anymore.
You might be the person
this is for.
- The one who carries the week in their shoulders.
- The mother who has not fully exhaled in years.
- The person who sleeps hard and wakes up stiff.
- The one who has done everything and still feels wound up.
- Anyone who wants to feel at home in their body again.
